Rescued upcycling facilities will exist around the world, including mobile units. Upcycling will be mainstream preventing 100% of surplus food from being wasted.

Manufacturers will prioritise upcycled ingredients. Collaboration and innovation will help the shift from a linear to circular economy, benefiting the environment, the economy and people facing food insecurity.
